How to Use Email Communication with the Clinic

IMPORTANT!

Please read the guidelines for using email to contact the clinic:

WHEN TO SEND AN EMAIL:

  • Booking or cancelling an appointment
  • Requesting a repeat prescription
  • General organizational questions (e.g. opening hours)

IN URGENT MATTERS – ALWAYS CALL OR COME IN PERSON!

 

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR MESSAGE:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Short description of your request (e.g. follow-up appointment request)

 

SAFETY GUIDELINES:

  • Keep your message short and clear – one topic per email (max. 4 sentences)
  • Do not send medical documentation or photos unless requested by the clinic
  • Email is not a substitute for medical consultations – do not include detailed medical information

 

CLINIC’S RESPONSE TIME:

  • Usually within 1–2 working days
  • For urgent matters – please call at 061 697 188

Appointment request – John Smith, born 01.01.1980

Request for regular medication refill

I would like to register. I’m 30 years old. I have migraines. I’ve recently moved to Limerick.
